Returns Policy

Returns Policy Terms:

  1. All returns has to be preauthorised before they can be returned.
  2. Wig-It.co.za will issue you a Goods Return Acceptance (GRA) number and instructions on how to return the goods.
  3. Wig-It.co.za will not accept a return unless Wig-It.co.za has issued a GRA number.
  4. Submitting a Request to Return Goods does not mean that the GRA number will automatically be issued and you can return the goods.
  5. Wig-It.co.za will authorise the return only after Wig-It.co.za have evaluated the reason for the return and Wig-It.co.za might contact you if Wig-It.co.za need more information prior to issuing a GRA Number.
  6. If Wig-It.co.za has made an error and shipped the wrong product or if the item is damaged whilst still under the control of Wig-It.co.za Wig-It.co.za will gladly sort out the problem.
  7. Please note you have 2 Weeks to notify Wig-It.co.za of a problem.
  8. If the error is Wig-It.co.za’s the shipping is free to collect and return the goods to you.
  9. No exchange will be considered unless the original tags and packaging are undamaged and are returned with the goods.
  10. When trying on a wig please wear a wig cap at all times to protect your natural hair and the condition of the wig.
  11. “ON SALE” items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  12. If Wig-It.co.za receive non-qualifying exchanges you will be charged R200.00 (two hundred rand) to send the items back to you.
  13. Wig-It.co.za unfortunately cannot entertain refunds.

Remittance Terms:

  1. Orders can be paid by Credit Card, Bank Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer.
  2. All payments are subject to a clearance period, the clearance period is dependent on the banks concerned.
  3. If you wish to make use of alternate payment methods please contact Wig-It.co.za so we can make the necessary arrangements with you. Contact az.oc1741633530.ti-g1741633530iw@of1741633530ni1741633530 to arrange this.
  4. Your order will only be dispatched after the funds have cleared.
  5. You agree to accept your tax invoices and other tax documents in electronic form, whether it is emailed or available for download on our Website.
  6. Please include the last 5 digits of the order number as the reference number on the deposit if paying by any means other than the online credit card option.
  7. If paying by any means other than credit card please fax or e-mail proof of payment.

All goods remain the property of Wig-It.co.za until paid for in full.
